THE TASTE OF FALL CELEBRATIONS, ALL IN ONE BAR
This bar was inspired by a favorite fall pie from the Elsen sisters of Four
& Twenty Blackbirds bakery in Brooklyn. In it, the bakers mulch up tart
raw cranberries and sweeter dried ones with the grounding presence of
fresh sage, along with a host of warm fall spices. We love how the
cranberries and sage bounce off the bright berry flavor of Kokoa Kamili
from Tanzania and the spiced sugar up top adds a little extra crunch
and sparkle.
